At Le Roche Sauvage we are commited to producing products of high quality, that are long lasting and versatile.

Due to the nature of waxed canvas, creases and marks on the canvas are normal. This adds to the rustic charm of the product.

Over time the canvas may lose its waterproof coating due to normal wear and tear, in which case it can be re waxed, products can easily be found online.

We are a very small, artisanal business, working from home. This means that the items are completly handmade by myself in my workroom. I endeavour to work to the highest standards, using the the best materials, but occasionally there may be slightly uneven stitching or other small descepancies. This makes your product even more unique.

Disclaimer: The English version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for your convenience and information only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and French versions, the French version shall prevail and be considered the legally binding document.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

ARTICLE 1: Purpose These terms govern the sale of handcrafted items (bags, toolbelts, garden kneelers) by Elinor Dawson - Le Roche Sauvage, an individual business (Entrepreneur Individuel) based in Saint Clement Rancoudray, France, SIRET: 80868090200033.

ARTICLE 2: Products & Craftsmanship Every item is handmade. Due to the artisanal nature and the use of natural materials (waxed cotton, flax, leather), slight variations in color and texture may occur compared to the photographs shown.

ARTICLE 3: Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in Euros (€). In accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable (tax-free for small businesses). Prices include mandatory environmental "eco-contributions" (EPR) for textiles and packaging. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

ARTICLE 4: Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically shipped within 14 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Le Roche Sauavge is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or international transport issues.

ARTICLE 5: Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy) Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

ARTICLE 6: Legal Warranties You are protected by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code).
